Hi

I like this shots as I love sunsets, however I find the image quite dark in the foreground that distracts my eye from the Sunset, although it does frame it well

Only my opinion, everyone views pictures in a slightly different way so others might disagree

Thanks for your comment , but it was sun rise & it was that dark in the fore ground , maybe I should have waited for a bit more light , but the sun was getting pretty heigh by the time this photo was taken ,earlier there was more color in the sky , this was pretty much at the sun breaking point . any tips on where I should have metered from at this time of day . maybe the land would have been a better choice?

I love the shot, but find the reflections in the foreground distracting. Looks like something that doesn't belong. Part of the car?

I like this photo too. But I'm just a joe schmoe, so take my thought for what it's worth. The thing that distracts me a bit is the car/reflection off the car in the front.

I'm a sucker for sunrises and sunsets to. If you want to get rid of the dark foreground and reflection you just need to zoom in a little.

One thing aside from what the others commented on is your horizon right in the middle and having too much sky. This would look really nice as a panoramic photo
