you got a blown out arm and underexposed face. There is a bit of motion blur in the hands which is ok since it conveys a feeling of action but you cut off the tip of the guitar head. There is also a bit of noise in the shadows. All in all I would delete and try again.

oh.... I don't know about deleting...these are the types of photographs
worth experiment with in photoshop...there are some neat effects and lighting techniques in photshop that might make this shot interesting. I think that if you like something about a photograph that needs too much refinement...then use it to experiment with. You never know when the experiments turn to creations. enjoy

What equipment have you got? This one needs more sharpness - if I was there, I would be using my fastest lens (50mm f/1.8) probably wide open and then trying to get that gorgeous Parker Fly guitar in focus.
