Hello All,

Just a simple shot of my daughter drawing a Christmas tree.
I did a little work in PS RAW by adjusting exp and highlights and shadows.
What do you think.

Hannah Drawing copy

This is my second attempt at cloning (Pen and page are gone),not sure whether it looks a bit "fake" or is it noticable something has been done to the shot, That is if both shots were not side by side.

Thank you all once again.

Hey Colm, how are ya.

This is very cute shot, she looks very intense!... "must get christmas tree right"

For me, i'd maybe just whip those bits and pieces [book + pencil] in the bottom right out of shot next time, just to clean it up a bit and focus the viewers attention on the main subject, your daughter, and have less to distract the eye - if you know what I mean.

Love the b&w. I agree with Sime about removing the extras on the lower right. You want to keep all the focus on your sweet subject.

Thank you Sime.
I did a bit of tidying up on the shot, not too sure if the cloning is ok though.

Nice shot! Love the look of concentration

The cloning looks ok - the match up of the wood grain looks a little off, but I'm not sure I would have noticed it if I wasn't looking for it.

While post production is always an option, it probably would have been easier to grab those items off the table or push them out of the shot before taking the picture
