Nice shot--the bird is nice and sharp and the background is well-blurred. I would suggest cropping all around to put the emphasis on the bird instead of the surroundings. It would be nice if the background wasn't so similar in color to the bird, but that can't always be helped (there's a reason they're that color--to blend into the background ). Someone who's better at Photoshop than I am may have post-processing suggestions for making him stand out more from the background. I also find the breadcrumbs a bit distracting and overexposed. You may be able to crop them out almost entirely.

the focus on the bird is dead on...and the depth of field pleasing to me.....yes the bread crumbs are blown, but that is easily corrected with a better crop...compsitionally....if you have a larger frame to crop from i would like to see you move him more to the right with him looking into more of an empty field to look into...
