For me the tree is very distracting and takes away from the details of the building. I like the compostion though you should have gotten more of the building on the right in the shot. I like the color of the building against the blue sky and I like the shadows; I think they add to the photo without distracting. Maybe if you went with a wider shot and found a way around the trees may make for a more compelling shot. Except for the trees I think its an ok shot.

Technically, a very nice exposure. However, when you couple the 18mm focal length with the close vantage point and have to tilt up, you will always have problems with keystoning or having the sides of the building converge towards the top of the building. Some ways to avoid this are to keep the camera sensor's plane as perpendicular as possible by shooting from farther (use a longer focal length) away so you don't have to tilt up as much and by finding a higher vantage point if possible. There are also very expensive perspective control lenses on the market that allow you to duplicate the actions of a view camera in keeping the vertical lines parallel and upright. Lastly, there are also some perspective control actions in current photo software however I have no personal experience with it.
