Very nice shot, but I think the frame spoils the picture a bit as the frame has a cartoon/drawn look to it, which doesn't mix well with the picture.

It is a classic "distant mountain" shot and works well as that, with a simple composition, fringed by the treeline at the bottom and with lots of sky giving a sense of a massive amount of space.
However, I am not convinced that the triptych presentation adds to the image. If anything, it detracts, although I recognise that I am not naturally inclined to the style of borders used here. What would grab me more would be a similar arrangement that doesn't look like one photo chopped in three but like three separate images that work together with composite effect. For example, all three could show the same peak but from different vantage points. Another approach would be one that joins up like this but where each of the shots was taken at a different time, such as sunrise, noon and sunset. That would allow me to see an impression of Mt Rainier that goes beyond the effect of looking at it through a window. Wulf |

I quite like the tripple frame effect. I think there is a bit too much sky though.

I think the frame has its own nice effect. i like the threesome part of it. But then picture has (i think) too much free sky. Also, may be the orange part of the frame could be less striking.
