very nice shot! If I were to have to say one thing it would be to maybe increase the radius and try feathering it out a bit. I really like the affect. It matches the warm fuzzy feelings you're supposed to feel on your wedding day.

I like the idea you were trying to create. However with the soft fuzzies there is too much hardness around that . The railing above is quite distracting fromt he bride and you know you never want to do that.
I'm not sure what yu used to create your effect but the lines inside of it do not jive with the bride at all. They lead away from her which of course takes away fromt he bride.

Just a delicate point: where there may be more than one chin, you can flatter the bride if you stay slightly above as you shoot. Obviously not possible here, unless she tosses the bouquet and looks up. Bouquet isolation is okay, if that's where you want the attention.

A closer crop, higher position (or raised head), more gradual blur/lightening, and bride's face isolated might make a more flattering photo.
