Nice shot, although the white balance is a little cool. You can warm it up in Photoshop or something similar. You can also do it in camera by setting your white balance to cloudy instead of daylight.

I like it. although IMO i would have had her look down, because her eyes take me out of the photo. thats just me though. good shot.
