I think this is a good subject but the lighting isn't as good as it could be. Is that barbed wire on the tree? As you have it now the tree is very centered. Perhaps changing your angle of view and pulling back some could make for a more balance cropping/comosition. There isn't enough of the tree framing the top to justify its inclusion. Probably best to leave it out in this case.

I would crop the top and bottom some and shoot at F8 - F 11 it looks like this was shot at F3.5 or 5.6 the depth of feild is pretty small the image is kind of fuzzy could have been sharper but the color and compostion is good.
