Default HDR First attempt.

Was out playing around on my way home and a local community just got done redoing there fountain. Was a rather drab photo. Well the fountain is rather drab to begin with. But wanted to see what it would look like in HDR..

really cool! i think the water looks awesome. i think you could make it stand out even more if you cropped out the trees in the background like this example. very nice work.

Ah, yeah, if you make a picture private on Flickr after posting the link (or rotate it) then it will break the link. Case, just go through and copy the same info again now that it's private and replace it in your original post here Hope that made sense

curtiswheat,

If you were to darken the top quarter (behind the boulders), either by cloning in more trees or simply selectivly darkening, your composition would remain good without the distracting light area. The stones frame the falls well, and add to a good look. The bottom stones also provide compositional importance, and are missed in the edit. The falls are nearly a middle third, placed well. Great water color and movement, too.
