Biggest flaw I see in this photo is the background. The white spots, whatever they may be, are very distracting, and the blacktop and pathway don't really help the cause much either. I also feel that the position of your nephew in the frame is a bit akward. It's not in the dead center, which is good, but it also isn't really obeying the rule of thirds (which is not by any means a must). I do like the expression on his face, however. Good job capturing a "peak" moment.

Perhaps a closer crop my cut out some of the extra white "things" in the background as well as move your nephew to the center or off to one side. Wish I could see his feet though. Other than that very cute capture.
