A self Portrait....

OK, wow. My first post, and I am jumping in feet first. This is nerve wracking for me because I am not one who likes having her picture taken, but I am doing this for a contest, and knew exactly what I wanted, and to be honest, my daughter is getting a little tired of being my model! SO, here goes! This image has been photoshopped, but I have not changed my facial features or the color of my eyes... BTW- My name is Cammy, I am a happily married mother of two (three if you include DH, LOL). I live in newfoundland at the oment, but DH is a pilot in the canadian military, so we move often... PS - This is a different image than the first, as I reworked it again.

Hi Cammy and welcome to the group. Since you say you knew exactly what you wanted I assume this is the look you were going for. What were the guidelines for the contest you were entering? Please tell us a little more about how you took the photo (camera/lens, aperture and shutter speed as well as ISO) and what you did in post processing. Was onboard flash used here as the lighting is very flat with no modeling of facial features? Is there anything in particular you were looking for in the way of critique or comments? Again, welcome to the group.
