I think it is a lovely shot. I would crop this on the left side so you leave the couple as the last in the shot on that side. That way you highlight them and their reflection in the subway glass. A quick sharpen of the platform might also be in order as well. I like this in B&W, and think this is quite a nice shot!

I agree with Camyam's suggestion regarding the cropping. You may also want to selectively shave off some of the brighter right side for better visual balance.

Default converting to b&w

Here's a link on how to convert color pictures to black & white. I'm not sure if that's what you were asking for, but here it is anyway. I think it's useful but I haven't practiced any of the tips =P Good luck

If you have PS it would be fairly simple to do. You can A)make a mask of the area to be sharpened and then apply the sharpen filter (Unsharp mask is best), or B) make a copy of the BG, sharpen the whole image and then arease areas you don't want charpened... you can do the same for blur... LR is great for developping, but not for retouching.

Default where's the port at sunset photo?

LRT! nice shot, i like the combination of the straight lines all over the station and the curved lines of the train in motion.

Was the inclusion of the two people (seemingly) peering behind the couple intentional? If so, I think it does say something more about the picture, in a more journalistic sense...

thanks! my real intention was to capture the action of people getting off the train. I want to capture all the movements, face (with emotion), etc. When the train stopped, the security guard stopped me also from shooting. lucky I also took this shot. thanks for the comment!

Security guards always do that to me!!!

I used to think it was my appearance . . . and not the camera alone! >=D
