VR II really works!

Took this one this afternoon with my "new" Nikkor 18-200VR. Note it was shot handheld at 1/15h of a second.

What a great shot! Hard to imagine the VR would perform so well at 1/15 sec. Enjoy your new lens. 8-)

Nice shot gives a real sense of nature with the leaves in the water . How much does that lens cost if I may ask?

Well it is an expensive lens, but I think it worth it. I have the 18-55 and the 55-200VR but found I always had the wrong lens with me when I wanted to shoot. So, I picked up the 18-200vr from someone that had it like a month or so. I got it delivered for $700 with a uv filter and a circular polarizing filter.

I *just* got one as well. I'm going out tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will help. I've got terribly unsteady hands.

sounds like a good deal. I got the same two lenses and the 70-300 but think im always in between....if that makes sense. I want an all around lens that I can keep on my body and not have to change or wish i had changed!
