Default Letchworth State Park.

This is a photo I took at Letchworth. I am anxious to get some feedback.

chelle7575,

There is an overcast look here, like the day was about to turn stormy. If you took another photo of the falls from farther away and included some of the bottom splash, it would look more complete. Some of the dimness here could easily be lifted in editting, lighten, contrast. Don't be discouraged, if this sounds too negative. Mostly you're doing fine; I've never seen anyone improve from having me post "Nice shot. I like it." If a photo can be improved, I try to suggest whatever may help. You are in the middle of a gold mine of subjects; keep shooting.

It was very overcast the day we were there. I was hoping for some better sunlight but didn't happen. I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Everything seems well exposed. No wicked shadows anywhere I saw. I think it wood have been a better shot if you could loose the weeds at the bottom.

I think this wood have been a great shot for a really slow shutter speed to get the velvet look to the water.

I agree with you totally, unfortunately my camera doesn't have that ability. I really am saving to get a better camera. Thank you for your comment.
