Default Mushrooms

I took this shot after reading an article on "How to Photograph Mushrooms, Toadstools and Fungi". Shot with Sony DSC-V3. I took this photo in .RAW format so it was easier to make adjustments later on. Postprocessing done in Photoshop CS2.

Read and comprehended. So much is right about this. If the area was cloudy, you captured that. I like a little more contrast, so I would have altered to sunlit with a touch more color, but it is really fine as is. Settings on camera?

Your avatar woke me up . . .

For the purist who doesn't believe in 'fiddling' with photos, I say, "Look how much more dynamic that is!" And maybe it's my old eyes needing more to see. Either way, I like that! Thanks for experimenting.
