Carl, I would be happy with it the way it is. The verticals are upright---did you use any perspective correcting software? The different tone/shade of the center section's brick gives the illusion that the center is 'hotter' than the sides but that is not objectionable. I like the way you have added the framing from the tree at the top. Did you use post processing to 'burn in' the lower left corner grass area? Nice work !

thanks clockdoc. yes i did ,on both your observations. the building was leaning in quite a bit at 18mm, i burnt the left corner to take my eye away from that bit of boring grass, and toward the building. i also cloned out some of the over hanging branches that were obscuring building

Tried this more for the exercise than that it needed any change. Now I agree the cloud is a distraction, and after comparing the two, part of the distraction was a slight cast over everything. Like a storm was coming, changing the light. Minor changes, good photo as usual.
