airport glow light.....

the stuff that amuses me shakes my mister's head.....


once again, from the airport in san antonio.......my husband likes to have plenty of time before a flight.......

i know it breaks a ton of composition rules, but, i kinda liked the way the light looked....besides, it butted right up to the ceiling.....

any thoughts?

Well, breaking the rules can produce amazing shots if you know how to brake them. (Said for so many professionals photographers). As for your shot I guess you liked the lamp so maybe a different angle and a little bit more close could improve the shot because other way the lines of the wall and reflections in the column just generates distractions I think.

I like it as is. The reflections and the angles all work to make it interesting. Think about that. You took a photo of a wall that's actually interesting to look at.

It would have been nice to shoot it from a different angle -like from the round column looking up IMO only.
I see it as Organized Abstract I like metalic things that are silvery but the grid is a bit distracting. I have a hard time getting and staying focused on the light cause it too looks cool ( I'm wierd that way) !
