She does love it (as do grandma and grampa).

The lighting setup was pretty much natural light from windows on one side, and through a sliding glass door on the other. I also used a bounce flash off the ceiling with the index card on the back of the flash reflecting some light onto her face. I suspect some light was reflected up from the white sheet, also.
