Boo!!! Halloween

This is one I am working on for a Halloween contest , comments I suggestions Please .

my only quetions is why did you decide on blue? The grass just doesnt seem right and the pumpkin either. Its a neat effect but for halloween maybe traditional colors would work better?

I also would change the colour of the grass..doesnt seem to fit in the picture.

I think it's kinda cool... except for the GIANT cat on the roof.

haha the first thing I thought was, "Oooooh I like the blue grass!" Then I noticed the cat and thought, "Oh cool - how creative! A giant cat on the roof!"

Then I thought as I read the thread, "Wow, nobody likes what I like..." and thought maybe I'd move on... then figured, heck, I'll post it

I love the photo! Wouldn't change a thing

I think it looks really good being that art is subject to interpretation. If I could modify the picture somewhat then I would create something in the foreground near the right bottom corner...maybe a black cat?

Thanks for your reply, the grass is blue because the whole photo was done in negative ,black is now white & wheat grass is now blue ,green trees .............so that is why the blue , I was going for something traditional but with a twist , ,thanks for your input , I am not done with this photo , I will try making the pumpkin orange that may be enough to give it the punch it seems to be missing , thanks .

, Thanks , we all see and like differant things , glad to know someone else likes that blue grass Thanks for posting that , cause I do like the blue grass , it to me is what makes it sort of Errie .

Thanks for the tip , I think that will work well , the black cat will show up there . thanks to you all for your input . I will work on this one more before I enter it , it is for a local compatation , no big prize money but it is always fun to enter , and this photo will be entered in the ART catagory ,so it will not be compeating with traditional ,photos .
