I assume there was some early morning fog? Nice lighting on the side of the barn. I keep wanting to crop off some of the dark corn at the bottom so it doesn't overpower the shot, but it could be just me.

Yea infact I had waited till some fog burned off to see the building. Get rid of how much corn do ya think?

Try a third to half perhaps. You don't want it to look too squashed and the tops of the corn lend interest to the pic, too.
Of course, this is just my opinion .

I agree todd a bit off the bottom but leave enough to show the height of the corn. I say a thrid would be enough. also maybe rotate the photo about 2 degrees CW. maybe three just to give the corn a level horizon since the corn is the best indicator of the horizon.

First thing I thought when I saw this was "too much bottom". I'd crop about 2/3 of the corn out of the picture and some from the right for balance.

I like the lightplay on the barn, and the fog gives it an eerie, kind of horror movie kind of feel.

looks alot better in the cropped version. Enuogh stalk to get the idea but not overpowering.
