Default Is the crop too tight?

I do like the slight "creamy" texture of the photo.

However, is it cropped too tight? Or do you think that the DOF could be a little longer to include what he's suturing?

Be as brutal as you like!

Thanks in advance. . .

I don't think so.... it depends what your focus is. If you want to the viewer to be more focused on the person I thinks its a fantastic crop. You have a great capture of the person, and you get the idea of he's working and very focused but you aren't sure about what and I think that adds to the drama and excitement because you have to speculate. It may be a minor procedure that he is doing but by not knowing exactly it leaves a viewer to dream up ideas such as a life or death brain surgery, etc... Nice shot I really like it.

I would have to agree. Besides, I'm not so sure I want to see what he's suturing.

Its only an arthroscopy! Nothing major, like abdominal or neurosurgery =D

Thanks for your replies!
