Where are they walking to? The water? A hotel? Just further down the beach? A lower angle would give us more of an idea of where you're going.

If the idea was to have some idea of where you came from as well, don't cut off the footprints as you have.

I would go for a diagonal trail of footprints on the wet sand behind the shoes from right hand top corner and the shoes facing to the left bottom corner at the sun. I would also like to keep the complete shadow with a bigger frame.

windrider86,

On the other hand, your title is fitting and creates interest.

alone again

Here this is with no foot prints. but to be honest I kinda liked it witht eh footprints. It suggests they were taken off and left behind. Who left them and why?

I like the foot prints but would have liked to see it at a different angle one more to the left and lower to capture more of the shadow and the foot prints. Also those look like nice boots did you find the owner of them?

Actually yes. They belonged to my husband whom while on a 3500 mile bike trip decided to stop at the ocean and walk barefoot in the sand.

I like it with the foot prints, the only ones I would clone out are the ones below the boots on the lower left and maybe see what the photo looks like if you cloned out the ones in the lower middle.
