Nice job of capturing not only the fireworks but the buildings as well. I noted your EXIF data as well. My thought is that it may work better as a vertical cropping to lessen some of the heavy dark sky. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I have croped it and did some level adjutments.

I think this is a great shot, but as Digidave said, straighten your horizon

Thanks for taking the time to make the adjustments. Cropping is always a matter of personal taste but IMHO it looks much better without as much dark sky area and in vertical format.

That is much better. It focuses the viewer toward the action a lot more than the original.
