Default A beautiful Life...

Okay, so I know that its a bit high on the contrast, but....I dont know why but Im drawn to that look currently. So I guess Im asking for critique on composition, and then just curious if I am the only one who loves high contrast blown look. Thanks!

So what do you think? Am I the only one who likes this look? Is there a name for this look? Isn't my daughter GORGEOUS!? **beams**

Default Nice pictures!

Hey Thinking_Mommy:
Great pictures you got! Even she is a child she posed with no fear to the camera, great candids. I liked the high contrast you get.
Besides that opinion I don't know anyway of improving it, but I'm sure other experienced members would have some useful tips!

Thank you for your compliment! I have learned that Candid shots of people and children are MUCH easier with a high zoom camera. That way you are further away and they are less likely to notice you shooting them. My daughter is such a ham, that if I get too close, then she will pose and ham it up, which makes it difficult to get a good relaxed shot!
Im glad you like the contrast too. I know many people who tell me it looks "blown" but for some reason I really enjoy that look. Thanks again!
