I think the subject is interesting, but like subrataofkris said, camera shake/movement kind of kills this for me. Did you get multiple shots? Perhaps you have another with sharper focus. To me, it would also look better cropped down closer to the flower and butterfly (moth?).

Thanks for your inputs. I didnt observe the sharpness till you pointed out that! May be the issue is with focusing. For me it seems folliage is in sharp focus and butterfly/moth is little blur. What do you guys think? Here is the result after implementing the suggetion on crop. This is another shot, unfortunately focus not worked in this also.

I like the crop much better. Like you said, the focus is still a little off, but other than that, I like this shot. The colors work well together and the framing is good.
I looked at the foliage in the first shot and while it is more in focus than the moth, I think it's still a little soft.

I seem to like your original one rather than the cropped version. I think you have a good balance of colors (green, violet and yellow).

Palachandra,
Your photo "Reflection" shows how well you and your camera can work together. Perhaps when the butterfly is in better sunlight, your settings will allow for better focus, less movement, whatever has caused the slight unsharpness. I'm still chasing a shot like this, because I have to be less than 2 inches away to get a shot as good. Good work, next ones will be even better. Patience and sunlight.
