Not bad! Composition is good, but it looks a little blurred. A slight increase in contrast might also benefit it.

I loved the softness of her innocent face, in fact I would have liked to blur the edge of her sleeves a bit also in post processing. A little more light may be good, but, you have to be very careful about harsh lighting. Good shot overall.

Great shot, but I find the teddy bear (I guess) a bit distracting, especially the black (nose?). I would be inclined to clone out the nose and blur the bears texture so it wasn't quite so in focus, so to speak. Wonderful image.
