Well titled. It appears this was shot onder some sort of covering with available light coming in from behind the photographer. What camera/lens did you use along with some EXIF data such as shutter speed, f/stop, ISO and any post processing. These details are always appreciated when photos are submitted for critique.

Wow, very nice shot, though i'll be honest: It's hurting my soul. I think she's judging me.
I haven't got anything else to say really!

clockdoc - that's right! under a makeshift roof with natural light coming in from all sides. Sorry about the lack of details though - canon powershot A80 in pre-set portrait mode, b/w conversion with some levels adjustment. I am awed by how much a b/w conversion and adding a title changes a shot.

Poser1005 - does it really affect you? i'll consider that a compliment, thanks a lot! BUT don't you worry, she's not judging, she just enjoys making faces ...

Very nice shot, i like the way that you captured a kind of movement in the picture, by cutting the top right edge of her face out.

Kind of scary look though :P

And I do appreciate the interest. Though taken in auto-portrait mode, I DID look at the file's properties for you though:
shutter speed 1/40 sec.
lens aperture F/3.5
focal length 14mm
F-Number F/3.5

It looks like she's practicing to be a "wife"
