Interesting location. A little contrasty as it shows on my monitor. I like the visual lead-in from the left side.

Default slight diagonal composition

I think the shot is very interesting. The diagonal of the stepping stones from left lower corner to the right upper corner might have improved a little bit and your "white balance" could of been stepped down a bit. (White hair, rocks, etc.)

I like how you shot older folks rather than young folks.

Yeah I agree with the contrast comments. Im not sure i would have started the stepping stones right in the corner though...id have to play with it...just feels almost there...

But I really like the reddish-brown water. And the older people, do work better. Especially with the jacket, makes seem more of a risk of falling in.
