Default My first photo post...

Hi Guys,

I am new to photographgy on this grand scale, but having the time of my life with it... Here is a shot I took when a group of friends and I went cruising up in the mountains.

Any thoughts or tips would be most appreciated! I hope I have attached it correctly!

I like it. The only thing worth really worrying about is the focus. It looks out of focus or there might have been some camera shake.

Were the cars driving or parked? If they were moving, then it is an excellent shot and would have been hard to get the focus much better on the near car (it looks like the light was fading, forcing a slower shutter speed).

I like the overall composition, although it would be interesting to see how it could be adjusted. For a shot like this, it can help to deliberately include space around all the edges so that you have some options in cropping down - for example, what would it look like if you could see a bit more of the nearest car.

Thanks for the replies, we were moving, I took about 600 shots that day and the camera shake was the biggest problem with most of them, though by the time this shot was taken we were heading back and the light was starting to fade, making it even more challenging!

Wow, taking that photo while running! Take some skills I bet you!
I just wonder how the photo would like if the focus was on the first car.
Maybe other time you go on cruising!
