USIndian,

Welcome to the forum.

I love the colors and complimenting subjects in overcast day in this shot. The blur effect in post processing seems unnatural especially in left lower frame. Could be more interesting if you captured more road.

Love the colors. I think you've gone a little over the top with the blur...

I read your comments on flickr, so I guess there's not much you could do about what I'm going to suggest, but I'll give it to you anyway

In my opinion, the composition would be better if the car was placed 'on the thirds.' What do I mean? Imagine two vertical lines and two horizontal lines overlaid on the picture dividing it into 9 equal parts - similar to a tic-tac-toe grid. Put the car on the intersection of the lower horizontal line and the rightmost vertical line. This will (usually) be easier on the eye.

But as I said earlier, from your flickr comments, I don't think you've got space in the original to do this crop.

hth
Brian

I can see how the color combination on that car caught your eye. As Brian suggested, cropping would improve the shot but it appears you have provided us with the full frame. I reviewed several of your shots on flickr and see that you have a creative eye for color and composition. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks a lot for the comments.. Would do more work and try to post some.

And sure, the law of the thirds could have been used, but this was what I got and had to process it. Couldnt get a better shot, because I was going past very fast.

Thanks Again !
