Default Not afraid to have some fun

Hey all,

had the surgery on my foot 2 weeks ago. it went well. they cut a piece of bone out to let it heal correctly. got put in a cast last thursday. My wife said she wanted pink if i had to get one, but said i didnt have the stones to do it. so when the guy putting the cast on asked what color i wanted, i told him....pink. here is what it looks like.

The wife didnt think i would do it.

Kind of funny seeing a guy hobbling around in a pink cast. im getting ragged for it, but if ya cant have fun in life, why live, right? i hope to be back to doing photography in a few weeks.

Tom

Lol some say pink is the new black

I have to wear a zoot suit (suit and tie) to work, so my token protest is interesting or annoying shirts and ties I can find which includes pink combinations at times

All the best for your recovery

Why be ordinary when you can stand out with pink? Hope all is healing nicely and you get back to the trains!

DUDE, You need a PEDICURE to go with that pink cast! ROFL, Tough enough to wear PINK! You need to hang out at the next Rodeo....There was an OCEAN of pink at the last one I attended but I didn't see a single pink cast on any of the "broken" cowboys...

The motor oil and tranny fluid in the background is a nice touch. Sort of balances out the pink.

Gosh I sympathise, the missis had to wear one of them for 12 week's was a right moody cow, lost count of the number of times she threw her crutches across the room, as she was strictly non weight bearing. We painted designs on her's with poster paints then sealed it with PVA glue lol

Someone told me that pink was the hot colour for men at the moment (no I didn't believe it either!). Hope you get well soon - and good on you

Hi Tom. This would be a great challenge shot for using the Replace Color mode in PhotoShop when you get tired of the pink. Hope all is going well in the healing department.
