I'm not sure if there's a better way to take the shot or not but I like the idea behind it. It's neat. I think I'd like to see it with a different crop though. The dark horizon really cuts the image in half.

It also might work better if outside were a little darker and the water more brightly lit. Neat idea though!

Thank you...I feel like a budding photographer..
This one's taken with a basic Sony MAVICA...I had no idea on how to use the various settings...just the macro and the auto..hehe

You could try having a wider aperture so the backround is more blurry but I'm not sure if that would work because of the droplets being on glass.
Good Luck

Yes its a nice picture...having an aperature setting fully opened might blur the background to give a more abstract photo.

Hi Akash,

In an earlier post, JC taught me a few tricks about this kind of shots. Focus on the water droplets on glass and keep the the background out of focus. The background makes a difference, you can keep just anything of interesting shape and colour in the background. During nights, coloured lights can throw a lot of options. The windscreen and side glasses can have separate feel also.

Is this in the Mumbai Pune Expressway?
