Default Weeping Mother

A couple of weekends ago, we went on a cycling trip to New Hampshire. We rode through the Shaker village, and across the street was a La Salette shrine. There was quite a bit of statuary, and this is one of the best I took. The name of the statue is called "Weeping Mother" I'm not religious, so I don't know anything about it, but being across from the Shaker Village, It may have something to do with the Shakers.

I cropped the photo, and desaturated it.

Darn, I just saw that I didn't crop enough on the top, or I have to clone out the pole.

In the bright sunlight, its always a challenge to keep the details in a white statue. You have done well to keep the folds of the robe intact both in light and shade. You need quite a bit of cloning to eliminate that small pole on the top left and also fencing and light bulb at the feet of the statue.
