Post Gatineau Farm

I took this while vacationing in the Gatineau Hills, last summer. It just reminded me of my youth and spending time on my uncle's farm.

Funny, how one picture can take you back in time to when you were six or seven. I can almost hear the dragonflies humming while I lay in the grass and looked at the clouds, as a little girl.

I can't go back to take the shot again so is there a way that I can improve it with photoshop?

It is a nice record shot that reminds you of your childhood. Using Levels and Curves in Photoshop may help to improve the tonal range and contrast. Play with the different controls until you find something that suits your taste.

I think it would've been better to take a picture with just the house on the right side...it's has a classier feel. The one on the left is too red and is ditracting...

You could make it look like an old childhood photo...

JC is right! I use PSCS3, but you can do it with any of them. I have brushes for scratches, cracks and files of embellishments like "tape" "ribbon" etc. I scrapbook all my family photos digitally for fun!
