Neat image. I like the colour contrast between the orange city and blue night sky. I like how lighting on the tower too.

The light near the tree about halfway up the left side of the image is distracting. If it were my image, I would try cloning that out.

The super-bright taxi lights in the foreground are a bit distracting too. I don't know what you can do to change that though. I don't know if cropping the front of that car off would look right.

subjective adj. 2. Particular to a given individual; personal.

Personally, I'm particular to the original. Feels like Chicago. Taxiiiiiii!

I really like the colours in the image. The sky is perfect you got this at just the right time of day. One thing though is that As I scrolled down I thought it was great but when I got to the taxi I immediatly thought the opposite. It's in my oppinion way too large and distracts from the tower. I would crop just above the sign on top of the taxi. Other than that it looks great. Beautiful contrast and beautiful detail on the tower. 7.5/10

I like this shot being from the Chicago area myself. Was a tripod used for this photo? Also, there is a bit of perspective distortion from the height of the buildings. I personaly think in this shot the perspective distortion lends to the understanding of the buildings height.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I did not use a tripod when taking this shot. It was actually just a spur of the moment shot that turned out to be a pretty good picture.
