What do you all think of this shot?



There is a lot of post processing... Dark Concert photos posed quite a challenge to me...

I think its a great shot for memory sake. As for the rest...seems a bit blurred and grainy. Some distractions and timing could have been a bit better..thats only in my eyes though. To you it may be saying everything you want a photo to say. If you look close at her right hand she has like 9 fingers!!! Now thats a gift especally if you play guitar! LOL! Just kidding but like I stated it is a good shot...one for prosperity sake but to have it come out this good at a concert is pretty darn good. The lighting is always terrible setting bad positioning is hard and the subject never cooperates!

Just for fun, I'd crop off the left to get rid of the mic stand, and the top to put subject's face on a third spot. Then Select her and darken and blur background just to the point of having her become center of focus. Lighten hair if necessary to separate from b/g. Good shot.

Fun shot, yep.. as Jiminy says, crop off that mic stand and depending upon how large the photo is, maybe try cropping in closer to Michelle?.. get rid of a bit of the darker background?.. just a thought...
