awesome pic... the eye are come out very very well.. the out of focus biscuit in the hand adds to the pic too..

this is just moi opinion.. and you dont need to do it.. but i think the crumbs on the face are distracting.. maybe removing them would be beneficial.. like below.. again just my 2 cents..

Well shot, nice eye details and added context. I like this shot and like to see the food stain on his face.

I don’t mind to go for a little zoom in and probably cutting of his head little!!

'Tis sweet. For experimenting, and to see if it looks better, I could imagine you going after the diagonal shadow starting at the forehead and continuing to fingertips, selecting that area and bringing lightness and contrast up to same level as top of head. Just for fun. Also bringing the catchlights down some in size and complexity may make the eyes seem more natural.

its simple.. use the 'spot healing tool' in photoshop or elements...

oh ya and i never realized the shadow... jiminyClickit mentioned how to remove it...
