taken at 3am, forget the fstop but it was a 5 second exposure. im amazed they all happened to be moderatly still for that long

Right off it looked unlevel, but oddly the railing not so much as the stonework. The OOF weed is not helpful, extra bright light on right distracting. Concept is good.

I like the out of focus weed ... it kind of gives a voyeristic (is this a word?) quality to the image. As if we were spying on them or something. However it would be more effective if it was framing the shot instead of crossing it.

The light on the right is distracting, but that is easily corrected.

I would try to level the photo using first the railing as reference and then the stonework and see which looks better.

Cool picture though!
