Personally, I love the way that they are cut off, I think that it gives balance to the two people in the shadow. Maybe I wish that there wasn't a light bit of tree in the background directly in front of infocus guys face?.. maybe.. otherwise I like it.

The expression captured is nice. Yet I feel if her complete face was shown it would have made a difference. The man she is talking to is better the way it is now...cut off slightly.

Yes - I don't have a problem with cutting off the guy in the foreground... I would just like to see a touch more of the lady.

There are subjects that can be framed this way. Given the title, I don't believe this is one of them. The premise is based on her eye and crossed arms. The walkway columns and other two guys don't add to that. It's 25% a very good shot, lower left quadrant.
