I like this shot. It doesnt look two dimentional to me because of the diagonal and angle, focusing. Crop is tight on top and right.
Which focusing mode you use while shooting through transparent surface?

I usually use a manual focus, my canon sometimes has a hard time auto-focusing if I am shooting close to something like this. Thanks for the feedback.

This is a really nice shot... I agree that the cropping is a little tight on the right and the top. There seems to be a little distortion around the mouth and the left eye. At first I didn't notice but the more I looked at the image the more it attracted my attention away from the rest of the image.
Anyway that's just my two cents.

Thanks for the input, I think the distortion was the fish moving near the top of the water if I remember correctly. I took a couple of shots that were ok but this was the best as far as light refelection and blur go.
