Crescent Lake Reflections

Here is another shot from my Crescent Lake walk. I cropped the shot, played with the levels and curves.

This is almost like B&W. I feel a little more light on the separation of land and the lake could give it a better view. The threes are so dark that the reflections look too dark.
I liked the wide crop.

I agree with the more light in the area where the land and water meet to help distinguish the land and water area but there is not much you can do about that. Anyways I would try to crop out the sky a little bit since it is so bright which kind of takes away from the reflection. Also I found this odd but there is a chimney/smoke stack in the reflection in the water on the right hand side of the frame but it is not in the image elsewhere....

I didn't notice it, but what that is is a stump in the water in the foreground. I may try to clone that out.
