Much better......again the frame for some odd reason takes away from the shot.

I'm a fan of frames so I'm not too sure why I'm not feeling this particular shot with the frame.

Well may be you need and accent to (for a lack of a better word) accentuate the mushrooms. An example of what I mean is on the bottom.

Or you could get rid of the frame all together.

IMHO its the angle.. you need to get down low!! eye to eye with mushrooms produce a better image .. next time try this you will see

Sadly, Leisa, these are no more. But when another batch appears, I'll be ready.

I actually tried framing this because of one of yours, sagelike, and will just experiment untill one grabs me.
