What made you choose such a high ISO? It has introduced a lot of gains. The insect is also not in sharp focus. These two things are robbing the credits.

I think this is a great macro shot and it's great that you got such a sharp focus.
One critique I would give it is that the composition of the insect in the middle of the shot is a bit bland.
Overall though, great shot.
