Red face Bearded Dragon

Lizzy, Bearded Dragon

I took this piccie of Lizzy this arvo. I am sure he wants me to take his photo, he just keeps popping up in the garden. Anyway I would like to know what someone else thinks.
I use an olympus c-770, with SOME manual settings. Nothing done to this photo except a bit of straightening.

Well mum i think this is wonderful He is in focus with some nice shallow DOF its so nice to see these guys in the wild as opposed to being shoved in some small tank in someones living room...

I like it. Nice clear and crisp. Just a pitty that the claw isn't 100% in focus. But that would destroy the look of the head...
Else a perfect shot I would say, also with the colors.

Very crisp shot and I like it. The piece of wood he is on, it's not really in focus on the right, is that deliberate?

fantastic texture! I might have framed it so there's a little space on the right, and maybe played with the contrast some, but I love it the way it is.

I have a Beardie but his cage isn't small. He's been sleeping since September so I hope he gets back up soon so I can take some more shots.
Cool shot too!

No, Evan it's not deliberate. Don't know why that happened.

i like it. the only suggestion i would make would be to crop just a little bit of the wood on the bottom out so the lizard isn't so centered.
