Not sure where the focal point is in this shot. The droplets on the flower seem soft in focus. Except the droplets at the lower right seem in sharp focus. My eye doesn't know where to rest, but is drawn to the dark spot on the flower. I would think shooting this at a different angle and maybe focus on a single drop????

I love the composition of this picture. The 'crystal balls' keeps me moving around in the picture.

I agree with pixelpixie that the focus appears to be off the main droplet.

The only other minor adjustment I would recommend is move the black point up just a little using the levels tool. I think you will find that it will give it more dramatic look to the overall shot.

Apart from these points, I think this is a superb shot. Thanks for sharing!

It sharpens quite well - I used the high pass filter sharpening technique described here: http://tinyurl.com/3o7a2 and imo it puts sparkle into the shot - see what you think...
