Default What could I have done to make this shot better?

I shot this out in the desert a couple of weeks ago. I tried to find the best angle I could, but I'm not sure I was able to pull it off. Any thoughts?

Oh yes ! You definitely did it.

The color play and the lighting created the drama. It appears very artistic to me. Congratulations!

I love how the image looks but since you are asking how you could make the image better, maybe, if you back off a little more or if you are using a zoom framed it to provide more space on the top portion, it might just improve the image further. But that is hindsight. Image as is, to me, is compelling enough.

Great shot. I think if I had taken it I would have it almost the same. I dont see how you could improve it.

This is beautiful. I love the colors.
At first I thought that I would have put the tree on the right side of the picture because it is bending to the left, but like this it makes the feeling of the desert much better... deserted, even the tree seems to try to get away from this place.

I love it.

I love the colours. I would generate the same shot if i was there with you.

Perhaps putting an element of human in the picture might make it interesting i.e. somebody walking from the right side of the pic.

just a suggestion

Absolutely beautiful colors, and the composition is spot on. The only thing is the detail of the trunk gets lost the farther up the tree you go. Don't know that there'd be much you could do about that, but sometimes you go with what you've got.

Stunning. The only thing I might of done different is make the foregound and tree completely black. But I love it the way it is. What you need is one of my falcons sat at the top of the tree!!
