Default post production

asking for some comments and suggestions, also, is post production work on the pics very important? is it possible to get pro level photos w/o post production?

it's certainly possible to get 'pro' pics without post production. Post production can be used to do nearly anything with a photo, and many people use it solely to adjust the levels and colors of their picture. Your pic, for example, is pretty dark (except for the bottom right corner) and could use some tweaking of the levels (or curves) to give it a better tonal range.

Post production, in my opinion, is a tool to help get that perfect shot out of that nearly-perfect shot you took. Use it to adjust the tones, color balance, and even remove distractions. It's all a matter of opinion, though. If your pics look great to you, don't worry about any post-production.
