Took this on the way to a softball game of my sisters in Keyser, WV... Let me know your thoughts...

I like this shot. I think b&w was definitely the way to go with it too. The composition is the first thing that struck me. It's not a dead on frontal but the arches are centered and draw your eye upward but then you're drawn to the left by the cross. The (rain?) stains on the right side of the pic add character. I'd almost expect to see this building in a run down urban area. How did the rest of the church look? Might be good for editorial usage.

There are a couple of ways you might want to tweak it if you pass that way again. Firstly, I think it would be good to have the vertical lines of the cross vertical. At the moment they are slightly off true and the result looks a bit untidy. You could easily correct that at the post-processing stage by rotating the picture a fraction.

Secondly, I think the light strip in the top left (sky behind the church tower?) is a little distracting. A small rotation of the camera and you could probably frame that out putting the light coloured cross partly over the dark, distant tower and partly over the mid-greys of the facade it is mounted on. Again, that could be fixed in post-processing (using the clone tool) but would be better done while taking the photo.
