Default Self portraiture of my eyeball

I was bored and lacking in subject matter, so I took a picture of my own eye. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Great shot !
How did you get everything in focus?
You might want to try and change the lighting to remove the shadow in the bottom left corner.

Default Thank You

To get everything in focus I used a macro setting, and took this picture handheld. My camera has a flip out screen that allows me to place the LCD on the reverse side of the camera for framing. I would have liked to see a reflection also, and the shadow I believe may have come from holding the camera so close. Thank you all for your comments!
